Open the m10 app and go to the “BakıKart” section

Buy a ticket, and QR code will appear on the screen

Scan the QR code on the bus or metro reader and you’re good to go.

Open the app and go to the “Payments” section

Select “BakıKart” and tap “BakıKart top up”

Enter your BakıKart number (you’ll find it on the back of your card)

Enter the amount and tap “Continue”. You can also pay using bonus points
Go to the m10 app, select the “BakıKart” section, and tap “Buy Ticket.” Make sure you have at least 1 AZN in your balance. The purchase takes just a few seconds.
The remaining amount is returned to the balance almost immediately.
Go to the BakıKart section on the main page, buy a ticket, and activate the QR code. Then scan the QR code in transport to complete your payment. Each QR ticket can be used for a single ride.
If the ticket is not used, the amount will be refunded to your balance within 1 day.
With m10, the fare is set between 0.50 and 1 AZN, depending on the direction.
